Dr. Fajiram holds a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry, and as a distinguished graduate from the New York University Dental Implant program: Surgical Protocol and Prosthetic Rehabilitation, Dr. Fajiram is one of the precious few within her profession who may claim the title of Oral Implantologist. She is an active member of the ADA, NYS Dental Society, First District Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Fajiram is married to a physician and has 3 beautiful children. She provides dental awareness education to the children of New York and along with her 17 year old daughter, she participated in the Mission of Mercy program helping Katrina victims.
